OK so this person might not be a celeb, but we thought it might be fun to take a peek in the make-up bag of a beauty industry insider…what better place to look than the Chemcorp International office – home of 1000 HOUR.

We snuck into one of our Creative team’s make-up bags and here’s what we found. We were going to keep it secret until we shared it on our social media channels, but we just had to ask - how many eye liners does one girl need?

Ecotools retractable brush – perfect for carrying around in a purse, as the lid keeps the bristles protected plus protects everything else from any colour left on the brush. No mess!

Revo lip balm – Strawberry is my favourite. I have one in this bag, and another five in various other bags. It really is one of my never-leave-home-without-it products. It’s creamy and tastes good too.

1000 HOUR hair colour mascara – I’ll admit it, sometimes my perfect hair colour is enhanced. Just like every other woman I hate greys showing! Sometimes I use it on my brows too.

Compact mirror – I hate applying make-up without a mirror and sometimes the only chance you get to reapply is on the go, so I carry one all the time.

Clinique mascara – I don’t use a lot of make-up but I do think great lashes are a must. I feel a bit naked without them. I’ll use falsies if I’m going to an event or for a big night out, but day to day, this is quick and easy.

Bare Minerals foundation – my skin needs a little help being flawless.

1000 HOUR Lighted Tweezers – great for all sorts of things. From brows to pulled threads and everything in-between.

 

And now you’ll see what we mean about liners!

#1 Rimmel Eye Liner – I like this one for just a fine line, it’s quite a soft black so good for day make-up. It also smudges really well with the smudge sponge on…

#2 Undisclosed brand eyeliner – I’m almost out of this one, so stopped using it so I could keep the smudge sponge!

#3 1000 HOUR Xpress Lash-Gro – this is my all-out glam liner. It creates an amazing wing and stays put. An added benefit is the serum to enhance lashes whilst wearing (and yes I did a 4-week test and noticed improvements)

#4 Masterline Eye Liner – this is a bit deeper and darker so I tend to use it more at night if I’m not going all out with the Xpress. It creates a great solid line that stays put.

 

We think Susanna is right on trend. Flawless skin, brow and eye focus, with natural lips. And, a girl can never have too much black liner!
